I ship items via USPS priority and first class mail. Please allow time for your piece to be made, as all items are made to order. The timeframe depends on how many orders are in queue at the time your order is placed. If you need your piece by a certain time, feel free to email me at email@example.com to get an estimate. You will receive a tracking number and confirmation email once the item is shipped. If you’d like extra insurance or protection for your package please email me.

I do not do returns as I am a small art shop, but exchanges or changes may be made on a case by case basis. I check each piece for quality prior to shipping, but if breakage via mail or after a short period of use occurs, I can fix the item for you at no charge. Customer is responsible for shipping costs dependent on the situation.
